She has a master double cabin with ensuite, bunk cabin, walk-in closet, indoor shower, and outdoor shower, and 2 electric toilets, Large living room with 2 sofa’s and 2 arm chairs, ottoman, kitchen dining room with 6/8 seater dining table and all the mod cons. She sleeps a total of 9 people.
She comes with all the normal boatie bits - GPS, Dinghy, outboard, Radar, electric anchor winch, VHF, Eperb, auto-helm, 65hp Commander BMP engine, 1,000 lts water, 400lts fuel etc. Plus the live-aboard essentials of microwave, kettle, de-humidifier, toaster, 4 burner stove and oven
Not only is she a very comfortable live-a-board boat, but she also sails very well. She is a Stewart 45 (Bob Stewart Design), Triple skin Kauri Construction. And, much to the chagrin of some of my fellow club members, on a beam reach she flies! We have had her up over 11.5knts, but don’t worry, the rum was still not in danger of being spilt, as she is a very stable boat. Under motor she cruises at 6 to 7 knts, and under sail at 8 to 9 knts
Roval is currently berthed at Hobsonville Marina but can obviously be relocated wherever you need her to be….as long as there is sea access!
Come and have a look!
