Launched approximately 1966, Kauri glassed construction, powered with 49hp Yanmar delivering 8 knots cruise. This is a bargain-priced, large-volume yacht which will appeal to the buyer willing to invest in restoration. She has great bones and lovely lines, but needs some TLC. The accommodation is ample for 5 or comfy for 8. Large cockpit aft with 4 near-new Harken, self-tailing winches. Down to quarter berth, controls and chart table to starboard, with galley to port. Down again to dinette to port with 2 single berths opposite. Forward to head and shower to port, with storage opposite. Forward to twin V-berths, with sail locker in the forepeak.
