This John Lidgard designed Lidgard 40 was built by Ed Nicholls in approx. 1984. She is double diagonal Kauri glassed over with timber deck and a 47hp sail drive Yanmar giving her an approx. cruse of 7.5 knots. The sails are well organised for easy use with a furling main, furling staysail and furling genoa making the sailing of the boat a breeze. The yacht has a head room of approx. 6ft with 1 double and 3 single berths, the saloon table drops down to make another double bed if needed.
