Classic Ernie Lane launch Mavis This well presented vessel is now reluctantly offered for sale.
The hull & engineering was extensively rebuilt around 2004, this included splining the Kauri hull. Mavis is powered by a low hour, late model John Deere diesel and cruises economically at 9kts.
Her generous walk around decks and door by the helm make light work of berthing. Accommodation is minimal but there is an outside toilet & shower area on the aft deck, 2 burner gas stove and 12v fridge. There is heaps of storage room in both aft and forward & holds.
Mavis is ideally suited for commuting or day use. The price has been drastically reduced, the owner says sell!!
