COMMENTS
This popular brand, 1986 Formula 4000 launch, is now on the market. GRP construction, powered by twin Caterpillar 3126 420hp engines with 500 hours from new. Propelled by Hamilton Jet units. Accommodation comprises 2 cabins, plus there is another area with 2 single bunks that have been modified to accommodate adults or children. The master double has an ensuite with separate shower and there is another toilet for guests. The spacious saloon is tastefully decorated with a U-shaped dinette to port and a large settee to starboard. The downstairs helm, with Simrad electronics, sits forward of this. There is a good galley with twin sinks, new (certified) gas oven and grill plus microwave and fridge. The enclosed cockpit has plenty of seating, a freezer, wine fridge and good lazarette storage. From the cockpit there is access to the hard-topped flybridge which has a comfortable helm chair, guest seating and good clears all round. On the duckboard there is a bait station and a custom made base that houses a Baby Weber barbecue. There are dinghy brackets for the near new tender.
