Center cockpit Ketch, 36ft Cabo Rico Tiburon. An off shore proven Crealock design. GRP construction, launched approx. 1975 with a 50hp Perkins 4108 approx. 2892 hours. LOA 13.10m, beam 3.5m, draft 1.5m, displacement 20,000lbs. This vessel has 6.3m headroom, aft cabin with double berth and 2 singles forward. Equipped with wind generator, solar panels, wind vane self-steering, water maker plus a lot more equipment to make this a very well fitted out vessel. Set up as an off the grid live aboard with the options to cruse or go off shore with the appropriate safety and approval checks. Currently berthed at Hobsonville Marina with an option to purchase the current berth or/and a swing mooring at Herald Island. She also comes with a plastic dinghy and 2.3hp outboard. The vessel has just been antifouled, Prop Speed and a motor service, ready to go for her new owner. The current owner of 13 years is retiring from the sea and wants sold.
