COMMENTS
This would have to be the best priced Lotus 10.6 on the market today. This boat has been in the same ownership for the past 33 years. It's been well maintained with many upgrades and improvements.
Launched 1984, GRP construction, powered by a 2018 27hp 3 cylinder Yanmar with 880 hours on the clock, shaft drive, 3 blade fixed prop. Great interior with Kauri joinery and attractive blue squabs, sleeps 8 with 3 double and 2 single berths, enclosed head with shower forward and to port. A very functional galley aft and to port with double burner stove with oven and separate engine driven fridge and freezer.
Standing rigging replaced 9 years ago, roller furling jib and slab reefing, fully battened main replaced 7 years ago. All controls come back to the cockpit for ease of handling plus newly installed winch with remote controls make anchoring a breeze.
