Cuttyhunk 38 ketch, Alan Pape design, built in 1976 of solid, durable Chengal hardwood and solid teak interior. Perkins 40hp diesel (1990), Proctor alloy spars, s/s wire rigging, furling headsail and excellent cruising sail wardrobe. Nav station with pilot berth, well set up galley, sleeps four comfortably. This vessel has been, and still is, a perfect live-aboard with shore power, solar and wind turbine. The marina berth can also be purchased.
She is offshore capable and an exceptional, heavy displacement, blue water cruiser.
